We've curated the most evidence based techniques to help improve stress, reduce worry and feel calmer
We use an approach called 'guided self-help'. This can be as effective as therapy but because you do the hard work in your own time it's a fraction of the cost.
We're much cheaper than therapy or life coaching and if you don't find it useful, we'll give you your money back!
Each week you'll focus on one technique or concept e.g. spotting anxious thoughts or building your self-esteem. Complete 20-30 minutes of digital activities to learn the technique.
We'll send you a workbook in the post which will help you to practice what you've learnt. Make yourself a cup of tea, put on some music and take some time to focus on you with this guided workbook.
If you choose it, we'll check in on you to ensure you understand the concepts and know how to make best use of them to deal with your unique stressors
